People usually ask me how much do I charge if I’m going to represent them in buying a home. The answer is none, wala po. Wala po kayong babayaran sa buyer’s agent dahil we get our commissions from the sale of the house. The commission is split between the listing and selling agent. It is very important  na may nagrerepresent sa inyo as a buyer to make sure that someone is looking out for your best interest.
